Phil Adams has lived his whole life in the Bangor and Brewer area, going to Brewer High School, and working as a Realtor since the 1980s. He has a wealth of knowledge of the Residential side of real estate and many years of working with and selling Commercial Real Estate.

Dennis Theriault, Phil’s cousin and Hilma’s nephew lived in both the Ellsworth and Greater Bangor area since 1974 when his father retired from the Navy. Dennis went to Ellsworth High School and worked for a local building material supplier (EBS) in Ellsworth for 20 years. For the last 10 years, he worked both part-time and full-time as a Realtor for Adams Real Estate.
